Operational Support Technician
At the beginning of the internship, I started off working with the operational support technicians in the communications room. I worked with other agents and all kinds of FBI employees.
Information Technology
After a month or so, I started working with the IT department and helped them roll out their new bureau phones. I also learned a lot about technology and how to re-images computers.
Violent Crimes Squad
After helping IT, i was transferred over to the violent crimes squad. This is where I spent my time for my Edge project. I worked a lot on finding convicts who have fled the United States.
